For Subsidized Units:

These units are subsidized through the Cambridge Housing Authority's Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. Applicants must first complete a pre-application on the CHA website. Elderly age requirement is 58 or older. Income may not exceed the following amounts based on Household size:

• 1 Person: $51,950 (Maximum)
• 2 Persons: $59,400 (Maximum)

On the Pre-Application page, in the Open Lists box, check:
HCV (Project-Based) Elderly/Disabled then select the waitlist for Cambridge Court.
